Essential Duties
Purpose: Deliver accurate and quality education to Airport Service employees and vendors that provide compliance with regulatory, service requirements and operational goals.
Course Development: Develop, maintain and deliver curriculum that includes lesson plans, new hire and recurrent training, regulatory and new product training. Maintain and teach over 35 different curriculums.
Deliver Adult Learning Training Methodology: Recognize and adapt practical instruction according to adult learning principles.
Evaluate Employee Behavior and Performance: Monitor employee participation and progress throughout the training event. Provide direct feedback and coaching for success. Document and report behavioral/class disruptions/attendance issues to Training Management and respective GM.
Participate in Station Openings: Provide technical training and on-site support for new station openings to include: setup of training records, organization of station files, conduct onsite training and practice sessions. Assist new GM as needed.
Recordkeeping: Complete recordkeeping (when not electronic), e.g., GSC, CRO, Baggage, and Operations.
Functional Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically power point and word, outlook and basic excel.
- Maintain strong knowledge of computer reservation and check-in system.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Build competency in understanding of LMS layout, course delivery and recordkeeping.
